HOW LONG AFTER ORDERING IS MY ORDER SHIPPED?

Thumbed Treats is a Print on Demand company and we specialize in custom hand-made products.  Once we receive an order, items take between 5-8 business days to process. We typically ship all orders within 8-10 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will immediately receive a tracking number to the email provided in the order form. Please allow 10-12 business days to receive a tracking number. If after 12 business days, you have not received a tracking number, please contact our team at contact@thumbedtreats.com.

Thumbedtreats offers Free Shipping on all orders over $75. 

WHICH CARRIER DO YOU USE?

We ship all items with USPS. For international shipments, your local mail carrier will handle and deliver the item once it enters your country.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO ARRIVE?

We ship orders from our USA and overseas facilities.

  • USA - Within 7-20 business days
  • Canada - Within 7-20 business days
  • Western Europe - Within 10-30 business days

I DIDN'T RECEIVE MY ORDER.

Please email us at contact@thumbedtreats.com with your order number from the confirmation order email/SMS message you received. We will help track down your order. We are not responsible for any packages returned to us as refused, unclaimed, undelivered, or because of an incorrect or insufficient address. Some packages may take longer than the expected time frame as we are not able to control USPS carrier's delivery schedule once the item has shipped.

    Because our items are made to order at the time the order is placed certain conditions apply:

    • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you have issues or problems with your item, you must contact us via email within 72 hours of the item being delivered to your address.

    Note:  Please ensure to check and compare your size to the chart before adding your items to cart. Also, before purchasing your items, make sure that your name and shipping address is correct.

    • Returns are accepted only if the item arrives damaged (printed aesthetic or damaged item).
    • For apparel items, size exchanges or returns are not accepted. This is because all of our items are custom made to order. We do not have inventory on hand and produce your item only when you place the order so therefore there is no item to be exchanged.
    • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

      • Attach the receipt or proof of purchase and photo of the damaged item and any other details you may have about your order. Please give us between 24-48 hours to properly review and inspect the item. After contacting us, we will walk you through the steps to ship the item back to us.
